These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SES Management Pty website and any advisory services you request or engage from us. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

SES Management Pty is a premier Leadership, Innovation, and Corporate Strategy advisory firm. Our practice is anchored on three pillars: Leadership across the 7 Core Spheres of Life (Finance & Trade, Education, Politics & Public Sector Governance, Media & Narrative Strategy, Art & Entertainment, Family Office & Generational Governance, and Religion & Institutional Stewardship); Innovation frameworks (corporate structural architecture, disruptive systems analysis, and agile governance); and Strategy & Complexity Management (turnaround mandates, risk isolation, and going-concern preservation). The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be agreed separately in writing between SES Management Pty and the client before work begins.

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content from the website without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website

Where we provide advisory services under a separate engagement, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information reasonably required for us to carry out the work, and to make decisions or approvals needed to keep the engagement on schedule.

Fees for advisory services are agreed on a per-engagement basis and set out in a separate proposal, retainer agreement, or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of ongoing work.

We treat information shared with us in the course of an engagement as strictly confidential — including all submissions made through our Secure Consultation Hub — and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to deliver the agreed services, as required by law, or with your consent.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of SES Management Pty Ltd unless otherwise noted, and may not be used without our prior written permission. Deliverables produced as part of a client engagement are governed by the terms of the relevant engagement agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SES Management Pty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or advisory services. Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the relevant engagement agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our website at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malawi, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malawi.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
